Vincer is a Chinese brand. We have more than 10 years of experience in the industrial valve industry. We independently develop and manufacture valves and actuators.
Can l visit your factory?

Do you have an engineering team?
Yes, we have a professional team of engineers with more than 5 years of industry experience, providing professional fluid solutions for customers in water treatment, new energy and other industries.
Do any certificates you have?
We have ISO9001:2015 and CE certificates. Some of our products have also passed FDA, SIL, ATEX and other certifications.
How do you ensure that the valve selected matches my piping and equipment needs?
Our sales team has an average of more than 5 years of experience in the valve industry. During the selection process, they will confirm with you important factors such as pipeline pressure, operating temperature, media, etc., and will also synchronize pipeline information and working conditions with engineers. Our engineers will select the appropriate valve according to your needs. If you have any questions during use, our sales team and engineering team will provide you with online technical assistance.
Will your products have a certificate of conformity when they are shipped?
Yes, each of our valves will be shipped with a certificate of conformity and issued together.
How long does it take to get a reply and quotation after I send my inquiry?
Our sales specialists will respond within 12 hours of receiving an inquiry. Quotes for stock products will be processed within 3 hours. Quotes for custom products may take 24 hours to process. The specific time depends on the complexity of the product parameters.
How long are your prices valid for?
For stock items, our prices are valid for half a year, depending on the current raw material prices. For customized products, our prices are valid for one month.
What is your delivery time?
For stock items, our delivery time is 1 to 7 business days, depending on your purchase quantity. The delivery time for customized products is about 1 month.
What is your payment method?
We accept TT payment. We can accept PayPal and credit cards if it is a small amount.
Can I get samples?
Yes, we will provide samples for you to test to ensure that the batch products can 100% meet the project requirements.
Can you provide drawings or any documents?
Yes, for stock products, we can provide pipeline design drawings. For customized products, since it is a brand new product, we will assist in drawing the drawings after the production is completed after the order is placed.
Will your products come with a certificate of conformity when shipped?
Yes, each of our valves will be issued with a certificate of conformity. If you have special certificate requirements, please feel free to contact us.
What should I do if I encounter problems during the use of the product?
Please feel free to provide videos or pictures so that our engineering team can check the cause of the problem. Then, we will provide you with online technical services and resend a new set of products to you if necessary.
Do your products have a warranty?
