Manual valves

VINCER supplies a comprehensive range of manual valves for on/off and flow regulation applications across oil & gas, chemical processing, water treatment, power generation, and general industrial piping systems. Our product range covers ball valves, butterfly valves, gate valves, knife gate valves, globe valves, and check valves, available in carbon steel (WCB), stainless steel (SS304/SS316/SS316L), and various alloy materials.

VINCER Manual Valve Series

Quick quarter-turn shut-off and flow diversion for water, oil, gas, chemicals, and general industrial pipelines.
Lightweight quarter-turn valves for compact shut-off and general throttling in water, HVAC, and large-diameter pipelines.
Full-bore isolation valves for straight-through flow, low pressure drop, and reliable on-off service.
Sharp-edged gate design for cutting through slurry, pulp, wastewater, and solids-containing media.
Rising-stem valves for reliable shut-off and controlled throttling in steam, water, oil, and process lines.
Self-acting backflow prevention valves that protect pumps, pipelines, and process equipment.

What Is Manual Valve?

Manual valve is a valve operated by hand — typically via a handwheel, lever, or gear — to start, stop, or regulate the flow of liquids, gases, or slurries in a pipeline. Unlike automated valves that rely on electric or pneumatic actuators, manual valves require direct physical operation and do not need an external power supply or control signal to function.

VINCER manual valves are widely used as isolation valves, shut-off valves, and throttling valves in industrial piping systems. They are chosen for locations where automated control is not required, where power supply is unavailable, or where manual override capability is needed as a backup to automated valve systems. Their simplicity, reliability, and low maintenance requirements make them a standard component in virtually every industrial facility.

Why Choose VINCER Industrial Manual Valves?

Ball, butterfly, gate, knife gate, globe, and check valves across GB, ANSI, DIN, JIS, and API standards. VINCER covers the full range of manual valve types commonly specified in international industrial projects, reducing the need to source from multiple suppliers.

Valve bodies are available in WCB carbon steel, SS304, SS316, SS316L, low-temperature carbon steel (LCB/LC1), and specialized alloys. This range covers general service, corrosive media, cryogenic applications, and high-pressure environments.

Beyond standard catalogue products, VINCER offers application-specific valve types including oxygen-service globe valves, ammonia globe valves, cryogenic globe valves, and hard-seal butterfly valves rated for high-temperature and high-pressure conditions.

Non-standard sizes, special materials, modified end connections, extended bonnets, and other custom configurations are available through VINCER’s engineering team. Full technical documentation including 2D/3D drawings and material certifications is provided upon request.

Quick Quote Guide: How to Select Your Manual Valve

Providing the following information will help us recommend the right valve type and configuration, and return an accurate quotation quickly.

  • Valve type: Specify whether you need a ball valve, butterfly valve, gate valve, knife gate valve, globe valve, or check valve based on your required function (isolation, regulation, or non-return).
  • Pipe size and pressure rating: Provide the nominal pipe diameter (DN or inches) and the required pressure class (PN rating or ANSI/API class). This determines the valve body wall thickness and flange drilling pattern.
  • Connection standard : Indicate the applicable piping standard: GB, ANSI, DIN, JIS, or API. For flanged valves, confirm the flange pressure class (e.g., PN16, Class 150, 10K).
  • Body material: Specify based on your process media and operating temperature. WCB is standard for water, steam, and oil service; SS316/316L for corrosive media; low-temperature carbon steel or stainless steel for cryogenic applications.
  • Process conditions: Provide the working fluid, operating temperature, and maximum working pressure. For special applications (oxygen, ammonia, cryogenic, or hazardous media), please flag this clearly so we can confirm the appropriate valve design and material specification.
  • Quantity and delivery requirements: Standard catalogue products are available from stock or with short lead times. For large-quantity orders or custom specifications, lead times will be confirmed at the time of quotation.
