Pneumatic Metal-Seated Wafer Butterfly Valves: AT-20WMS
Pneumatic Metal-Seated Flanged Butterfly Valves: AT-20FMS
Pneumatic metal-seated butterfly valves combine a metal-seated butterfly valve body with an AT series pneumatic quarter-turn actuator for automated isolation and general throttling duties in demanding industrial piping systems.
The metal sealing construction is suitable for applications where soft seat materials such as NBR, EPDM, VITON, or PTFE may not be suitable due to higher temperature, pressure fluctuation, or more demanding process conditions. Metal seat materials are available in SS304, SS316, and SS316L to match different service requirements.
Wafer and flanged connection designs are available for different pipeline layouts. Wafer versions provide a compact installation option between mating pipe flanges, while flanged versions provide an integral bolted connection for process lines where a more stable installation arrangement is preferred.
Single-acting and double-acting pneumatic actuator options are available. The single-acting actuator uses air to open and spring return when the air supply is interrupted, while the double-acting actuator uses compressed air for both opening and closing. Pneumatic accessories such as solenoid valves, limit switch boxes, pneumatic positioners, FRL units, and pneumatic handwheels can be supplied according to the required control method.
Pneumatic metal-seated butterfly valves are commonly used in steam lines, thermal oil systems, power plants, petrochemical processing, metallurgy, industrial heating systems, and other applications requiring pneumatic butterfly valve operation under higher temperature or more demanding working conditions.

Pneumatic Solenoid Valve: Controls the air supply direction to open or close the pneumatic actuator, enabling remote and automated valve operation.
Pneumatic Positioner: Receives a control signal and adjusts the actuator position to achieve proportional valve opening for flow regulation applications.
Limit Switch Box: Provides open and closed valve position feedback, allowing the control system to monitor valve status remotely.
Manual Handwheel: Allows local manual operation of the pneumatic valve when manual override is required during commissioning or maintenance.
FRL Unit: Filters, regulates, and lubricates the compressed air supply to help maintain stable actuator operation and protect pneumatic components.
