Material Integrity in Corrosive Media

When dealing with seawater or wastewater that has chemicals in it, materials that don’t corrode have to be used. For such cases, we work with Duplex Stainless Steel, and specialized plastics like CPVC and UPVC. These materials stop rust and chemical reactions that could compromise the internal structure of the valves, which prolongs the service life of the entire plant.

Automation for Large Scale Operations

We design and manufacture fully automated systems which combine electric and pneumatic actuators with ball and butterfly valves. These automated systems are designed to allow remote control of the plant and respond quickly to changes in flow in order to minimize manual control of the plant.

Reverse Osmosis (RO) Systems

RO systems operate at high pressures to force water through membranes. This requires valves that can handle PN16 to Class 600 pressure ratings without leaking. Our manual and automated ball valves are designed to manage these pressure drops while maintaining the purity of the water stream.

Sewage and Slurry Management

In wastewater treatment, fluids often contain debris and sludge. We provide knife gate valves and specialized non-slam check valves that allow for clear passage and prevent clogs. These valves are built to operate reliably even when the medium is not clean.
