VINCER solenoid valves cover water, steam, high-pressure, food-grade, waterproof, and chemical-resistant applications. Multiple voltage options (DC/AC), body materials, and connection standards are available.

VINCER Solenoid Valve Series

General-purpose water control in threaded and flanged connections, covering DN08 to DN100 in brass, stainless steel, and UPVC.

Direct-acting design with zero differential pressure start-up, ideal for small-bore and low-pressure systems.

Pilot-operated diaphragm type for pressurized water systems, available up to DN300 in flanged connections.

Rated up to 500 bar, built for car wash systems, hydraulic circuits, and high-pressure industrial applications.

FDA-certified, clamp connection, 4K polished finish — designed for food, beverage, dairy, and pharmaceutical lines.

IP68-rated coil for submerged and outdoor installations including fountains and landscape irrigation systems.

Full PTFE body and sealing for direct contact with strong acids, alkalis, and aggressive chemicals.

Handles continuous service up to 200°C (PTFE) or 300°C (PEEK with heat sink) for steam and high-temperature process lines.

What Is Solenoid Valve Series?

A solenoid valve is an electrically controlled valve used to start, stop, or redirect the flow of a liquid or gas. It works simply: when an electrical signal is sent to the coil inside the valve, the magnetic field generated either opens or closes the valve — no manual operation required.

This makes solenoid valves a common choice for automated systems where fluid flow needs to be controlled remotely or on a timed/triggered basis. They are compact, respond quickly (typically within seconds), and can be wired directly into PLCs, timers, or control panels.

VINCER offers 8 solenoid valve series covering different media, pressure ranges, temperatures, and protection levels.

VINCER Solenoid Valves: High-Speed Fluid Control

From basic water control to high-pressure car wash systems (up to 500 bar), steam pipelines (up to 300°C), food-grade hygienic lines, outdoor fountain installations (IP68), and corrosive chemical dosing systems — VINCER has a solenoid valve series purpose-built for your environment.

All series support both DC (12V/24V) and AC (24V/110V/220V) power supply, and are available in G or NPT threaded connections. Flanged connections are available on selected models. This makes it straightforward to match VINCER valves to existing pipework and electrical systems.

Standard models cover most common requirements, but VINCER also offers custom configurations: modified coil designs, longer cable leads, energy-saving coils for continuous-duty applications, thickened valve bodies for high-pressure service, and non-standard voltage or connection options.
Valve bodies are manufactured in brass, stainless steel (SS304/SS316L), PTFE, or PVC depending on the series.

Solenoid Valve Purchasing Guide

Solenoid valves may look similar from the outside, but the right choice depends on a few key factors. Here is what to confirm before reaching out for a quote:

  • What media are you controlling? — Water, air, steam, oil, chemical acids/alkalis, food liquids, and so on. The media determines the required body material and seal type. For example, corrosive chemicals need a PTFE body (VSFF); food or dairy lines need a sanitary stainless steel clamp valve (VSSC).
  • What is the working pressure? — Most general-purpose solenoid valves handle up to 10 to 16 bar. If your system runs at high pressure — for example, car wash equipment or hydraulic lines — you may need the VSHP, which is rated up to 500 bar.
  • What is the operating temperature? — Standard valves typically cover up to 80°C to 150°C. For steam or boiler applications reaching 200°C to 300°C, specify the VSHT-08.
  • What pipe size and connection type do you need? — Specify the pipe diameter and whether you need G (BSPP) or NPT threaded connections. Flanged connections are available on some models for larger sizes.
  • What voltage is available at the installation point? — VINCER solenoid valves support 12V/24V DC and 24V/110V/220V AC. Just confirm which voltage your control system provides.
  • Is the installation environment special? — For outdoor, underground, or wet environments, choose an IP68-rated model (VSWP). For hazardous or explosive atmospheres, contact us to discuss suitable options.
