Pneumatic PTFE-Lined Wafer Butterfly Valve: AT-20WPL
Pneumatic PTFE-Lined Flanged Butterfly Valve: AT-20FPL
Pneumatic PTFE-Lined Lugged Butterfly Valve: AT-20LPL
Pneumatic PTFE-lined butterfly valves combine a PTFE-lined butterfly valve body with an AT series pneumatic quarter-turn actuator for automated isolation and general throttling duties in corrosive fluid systems.
The PTFE lining forms a corrosion-resistant barrier between the process medium and the valve body, helping protect the metal body from direct contact with compatible acids, alkalis, solvents, and other chemical solutions. This makes the valve suitable for chemical processing, wastewater treatment, electroplating lines, chemical dosing systems, and other applications where unlined metal butterfly valves may not be suitable.
Wafer, lugged, and flanged body designs are available for different pipeline installation requirements. Wafer versions provide a compact installation option between mating pipe flanges. Lugged versions offer a more secure bolted mounting structure. Flanged versions provide integral flange connections for permanent process pipelines where a conventional bolted installation is preferred.
PTFE seat material is used for corrosion resistance and sealing compatibility. The valve can be supplied with PTFE or stainless steel disc material options according to the process medium and operating conditions. Body material options include carbon steel and stainless steel grades with PTFE lining.
Single-acting and double-acting pneumatic actuator options are available. The single-acting actuator uses air to open and spring return when the air supply is interrupted, while the double-acting actuator uses compressed air for both opening and closing. Pneumatic accessories such as solenoid valves, limit switch boxes, pneumatic positioners, FRL units, and pneumatic handwheels can be supplied according to the required control method.
Pneumatic PTFE-lined butterfly valves are commonly used in chemical plants, acid and alkali transfer systems, wastewater treatment, electroplating equipment, chemical storage and transfer lines, and automated process skids handling corrosive fluids.

Pneumatic Solenoid Valve: Controls the air supply direction to open or close the pneumatic actuator, enabling remote and automated valve operation.
Pneumatic Positioner: Receives a control signal and adjusts the actuator position to achieve proportional valve opening for flow regulation applications.
Limit Switch Box: Provides open and closed valve position feedback, allowing the control system to monitor valve status remotely.
Manual Handwheel: Allows local manual operation of the pneumatic valve when manual override is required during commissioning or maintenance.
FRL Unit: Filters, regulates, and lubricates the compressed air supply to help maintain stable actuator operation and protect pneumatic components.
