Description

VSHT-08 high temperature solenoid valve is a pilot-operated solenoid valve built for high-temperature fluid control in applications where standard NBR or EPDM seals would fail. It requires a minimum inlet pressure of 0.3 bar to actuate, with a working pressure range up to 25 bar (custom up to 100 bar).

Its temperature capability depends on the seal configuration: PTFE seals cover continuous service up to 200°C, suitable for hot water and general steam applications; PEEK seals combined with a heat sink extend this to 300°C for saturated steam and more demanding process lines.

Both threaded (DN15 to DN50) and flanged (DN50 to DN100) versions are available, making the VSHT-08 high temperature solenoid valve suitable for both equipment-level connections and larger pipeline installations.

High Temperature
VSHT-08 high temperature solenoid valve with PEEK seals and heat sink achieves a continuous operating temperature of 300°C, covering saturated steam lines and high-temperature process pipelines where most solenoid valves on the market are rated only to 180°C or below. The standard PTFE version handles up to 200°C, suitable for hot water and lower-pressure steam applications.

Connection Options for Different Installation Scales
The threaded model (VS08T-HT) covers DN15 to DN50 for equipment-level and small-bore pipeline installations. The flanged model (VS08F-HT) extends to DN50 to DN100 and is one of the few solenoid valves in the VINCER range available in flanged connections, suitable for larger industrial pipelines.

Pilot-Operated Design
VSHT-08 high temperature solenoid valve uses inlet pressure to assist actuation (minimum 0.3 bar required), which reduces the electromagnetic load on the coil in high-temperature environments. The coil is also designed with enhanced heat resistance and rapid heat dissipation to prevent overheating during continuous-duty operation.

All high temperature solenoid valve models use a stainless steel valve body for corrosion resistance and structural integrity under thermal cycling. The high-performance PTFE seal material offers excellent chemical inertness and low friction, while PEEK provides superior mechanical strength and dimensional stability at extreme temperatures.
