AT-20W-P
Pneumatic plastic butterfly valves combine a thermoplastic wafer butterfly valve with an AT series pneumatic quarter-turn actuator for automated isolation and general throttling duties in corrosive fluid systems.
The valve body and disc can be manufactured from UPVC, CPVC, PPH, or PVDF to suit different chemical compatibility requirements. Compared with metal butterfly valves, thermoplastic construction helps resist corrosion from many compatible acids, alkalis, salts, and chemical solutions. Material selection should be based on the process medium, concentration, temperature, and operating conditions.
The wafer body is installed between mating pipe flanges, providing a lightweight and compact solution for plastic piping systems and treatment equipment. This design is suitable for applications where corrosion resistance, reduced valve weight, and simplified installation are important.
EPDM and PTFE seat options are available for different process conditions. Single-acting and double-acting pneumatic actuator options can be supplied. The single-acting actuator uses air to open and spring return when the air supply is interrupted, while the double-acting actuator uses compressed air for both opening and closing. Pneumatic accessories such as solenoid valves, limit switch boxes, pneumatic positioners, FRL units, and pneumatic handwheels can be supplied according to the required control method.
Pneumatic plastic butterfly valves are commonly used in chemical dosing systems, water and wastewater treatment, electroplating lines, fume-scrubbing systems, chemical storage and transfer installations, and other corrosive-fluid applications requiring pneumatic valve automation.

Pneumatic Solenoid Valve: Controls the air supply direction to open or close the pneumatic actuator, enabling remote and automated valve operation.
Pneumatic Positioner: Receives a control signal and adjusts the actuator position to achieve proportional valve opening for flow regulation applications.
Limit Switch Box: Provides open and closed valve position feedback, allowing the control system to monitor valve status remotely.
Manual Handwheel: Allows local manual operation of the pneumatic valve when manual override is required during commissioning or maintenance.
FRL Unit: Filters, regulates, and lubricates the compressed air supply to help maintain stable actuator operation and protect pneumatic components.
