VINCER explosion-proof electric actuators are designed to provide reliable motorized operation for quarter-turn valves in hazardous and demanding industrial environments. With a flameproof enclosure and compliance with applicable ATEX and SIL requirements, these actuators provide reliable and safe valve automation solutions for hazardous industrial environments.
The actuators provide output torque from 100 Nm to 2,000 Nm and are suitable for operating quarter-turn valves such as ball valves and butterfly valves. Available power supply options support different industrial control requirements, while the position indicator allows convenient visual monitoring of valve status.
Designed for flexible valve automation, the actuators support standard ON/OFF control as well as optional modulating operation through compatible control signals. A manual handwheel mechanism allows emergency or maintenance operation when required.
With IP67 protection and Ex d II CT4 explosion-proof classification, VINCER explosion-proof electric actuators are suitable for applications in industries such as oil and gas, chemical processing, power generation, and other environments where reliable valve automation and explosion protection are required.
