To assist you in purchasing the right pneumatic actuated butterfly valves, we’ve outlined a comprehensive ten-step process. Since these valves consist of both a pneumatic actuator and a butterfly valve, we’ll guide you through selecting the valve body and pneumatic actuator separately.
For the Butterfly Valve Body:
1. Determine Size: Choose from a range of sizes, from 2 inches to 24 inches. Customization options are available upon request.
2. Select Connection Method: We offer four linking methods: clamps, flanges, clamps, and lugs.
3. Specify Connection Standards: Match your pipeline standards with options including ANSI, JIS, DIN, and GB.
4. Choose Valve Body Material: Options include stainless steel, carbon steel, cast iron, duplex steel, and plastic (UPVC/CPVC).
5. Select Seal Material: Choose between EPDM and PTFE seals, or specify special requirements for custom matching.
6. Determine Valve Plate Material: Options include stainless steel, carbon steel, cast iron, duplex steel, nickel aluminum bronze, and plastic.
7. Specify Pipeline Working Pressure: Based on your pipeline’s pressure, we’ll match you with a suitable hard or soft seal.
8. Determine Working Temperature: We’ll verify the selection’s compatibility with your pipeline’s operating temperature.
For the Pneumatic Actuators:
1. Choose Actuator Type: Select between single-acting or double-acting pneumatic actuators to suit your application.
2. Specify Air Source Pressure: Our actuators operate within an air source pressure range of 2.5 bar to 8 bar.
