Pneumatic Flanged 2-Way Ball Valve: AT-10F
Pneumatic Flanged 3-Way Ball Valve: AT-10F3
Pneumatic flanged ball valves combine a flanged ball valve body with an AT series pneumatic quarter-turn actuator for automated shut-off, switching, and diversion service in industrial piping systems. The actuator uses compressed air to rotate the ball between open and closed positions, making the valve suitable for remote operation and pneumatic automation lines.
The flanged body design provides a stable bolted connection to the pipeline and is suitable for medium- and large-diameter installations where reliable alignment, secure mounting, and easier valve removal are required. Compared with threaded or welded ball valves, flanged ball valves are often preferred in process pipelines where maintenance access and standardized pipe connection are important.
The valve is available in 2-way and 3-way body styles. The 2-way version is used for automated pipeline isolation, while 3-way versions can be supplied with L-port or T-port ball configurations for flow diversion, mixing, and pipeline switching applications.
Single-acting and double-acting pneumatic actuators are available. The single-acting actuator uses air to open and spring return when the air supply is interrupted, while the double-acting actuator uses compressed air for both opening and closing. Pneumatic accessories such as solenoid valves, limit switch boxes, pneumatic positioners, FRL units, and pneumatic handwheels can be supplied according to the control requirements.
Pneumatic flanged ball valves are commonly used in water treatment, chemical processing, industrial utilities, compressed air systems, oil and gas lines, skid-mounted equipment, and general process automation applications requiring reliable pneumatic valve operation.

Pneumatic Solenoid Valve: Controls the air supply direction to open or close the pneumatic actuator, enabling remote and automated valve operation.
Pneumatic Positioner: Receives a control signal and adjusts the actuator position to achieve proportional valve opening for flow regulation applications.
Limit Switch Box: Provides open and closed valve position feedback, allowing the control system to monitor valve status remotely.
Manual Handwheel: Allows local manual operation of the pneumatic valve when manual override is required during commissioning or maintenance.
FRL Unit: Filters, regulates, and lubricates the compressed air supply to help maintain stable actuator operation and protect pneumatic components.
