Pneumatic Heating Jacket Flanged Ball Valve: AT-10FHJ
Pneumatic Heating Jacket Wafer Ball Valve: AT-10WHJ
Pneumatic heating jacket ball valves are designed for automated shut-off in process lines handling viscous, temperature-sensitive, or easily solidifying media. The valve body is fitted with an external heating jacket, allowing steam or hot water to circulate around the valve body and help maintain the process medium at a suitable operating temperature.
By maintaining heat around the valve cavity and flow passage, the heating jacket helps reduce the risk of media thickening, crystallizing, or solidifying inside the valve. This makes the valve suitable for applications involving wax, resin, asphalt, grease, adhesives, polymers, syrups, and other media that need heat preservation to remain flowable.
The valve is available with flanged or wafer valve end connections to suit different piping layouts. Flanged versions provide a conventional bolted connection for process pipelines, while wafer versions offer a more compact installation option between mating pipe flanges. The heating jacket can be supplied with threaded or flanged inlet and outlet connections to match the plant heating circuit.
Single-acting and double-acting pneumatic actuator options are available. The single-acting actuator uses air to open and spring return when the air supply is interrupted, while the double-acting actuator uses compressed air for both opening and closing. Pneumatic accessories such as solenoid valves, limit switch boxes, pneumatic positioners, FRL units, and pneumatic handwheels can be supplied according to the required control method.
Pneumatic heating jacket ball valves are commonly used in chemical processing, resin and adhesive production, bitumen systems, food processing, cosmetics manufacturing, polymer handling, and other heated process lines requiring pneumatic valve operation and stable media temperature.

Pneumatic Solenoid Valve: Controls the air supply direction to open or close the pneumatic actuator, enabling remote and automated valve operation.
Pneumatic Positioner: Receives a control signal and adjusts the actuator position to achieve proportional valve opening for flow regulation applications.
Limit Switch Box: Provides open and closed valve position feedback, allowing the control system to monitor valve status remotely.
Manual Handwheel: Allows local manual operation of the pneumatic valve when manual override is required during commissioning or maintenance.
FRL Unit: Filters, regulates, and lubricates the compressed air supply to help maintain stable actuator operation and protect pneumatic components.
