AT-10W
Pneumatic wafer thin ball valves combine a compact wafer-type ball valve body with an AT series pneumatic quarter-turn actuator for automated shut-off in industrial piping systems. The thin wafer body is installed between mating pipe flanges, helping reduce face-to-face length and save installation space compared with conventional flanged ball valves.
The compact body design makes the valve suitable for installations where pipeline space, valve weight, or equipment layout is limited. It is commonly used in skid-mounted systems, HVAC equipment, water treatment units, utility lines, and compact industrial process pipelines.
The stainless steel valve body and PTFE seat provide reliable sealing performance for compatible water, air, oil, gas, and chemical media. The wafer design supports a compact bolted installation between compatible pipe flanges, while still allowing the valve to be removed for inspection or replacement when required.
Single-acting and double-acting pneumatic actuator options are available. The single-acting actuator uses air to open and spring return when the air supply is interrupted, while the double-acting actuator uses compressed air for both opening and closing. Pneumatic accessories such as solenoid valves, limit switch boxes, pneumatic positioners, FRL units, and pneumatic handwheels can be supplied according to the required control method.
Pneumatic wafer thin ball valves are commonly used in water treatment, HVAC systems, chemical processing, industrial utilities, skid-mounted equipment, and automated piping systems requiring compact pneumatic valve operation.

Pneumatic Solenoid Valve: Controls the air supply direction to open or close the pneumatic actuator, enabling remote and automated valve operation.
Pneumatic Positioner: Receives a control signal and adjusts the actuator position to achieve proportional valve opening for flow regulation applications.
Limit Switch Box: Provides open and closed valve position feedback, allowing the control system to monitor valve status remotely.
Manual Handwheel: Allows local manual operation of the pneumatic valve when manual override is required during commissioning or maintenance.
FRL Unit: Filters, regulates, and lubricates the compressed air supply to help maintain stable actuator operation and protect pneumatic components.
