Firstly, starting from January 15th, we will no longer be accepting custom orders. This is to ensure that we can process existing orders in a timely manner and prepare for the upcoming holiday. From January 25th, we will be accepting orders, but will not be shipping them. This means that you can continue to place orders, but they will not be shipped until after February 15th when everything will return to normal.
