Description

Electric threaded ball valves combine a compact threaded ball valve with a quarter-turn electric actuator for automated shut-off in small and medium-diameter piping systems. They are available in 2-way and 3-way configurations for applications requiring either on-off isolation or flow diversion and mixing between multiple pipeline routes.

The threaded connection design provides a practical installation solution for pipelines where welding or flanged joints are not required. It is commonly used in packaged equipment, skid-mounted systems, utility lines, water treatment units, HVAC installations, and general industrial automation systems. Compared with flanged valve assemblies, threaded electric ball valves can help reduce installation space and simplify replacement in compact piping layouts.

PTFE seats provide dependable sealing and compatibility with a wide range of compatible liquids, gases, oils, and chemical media. Stainless steel body materials are suitable for general industrial service as well as applications where improved corrosion resistance is required.

The 2-way version is primarily used for automated pipeline isolation. The 3-way version provides an additional flow path and can be used for media diversion, mixing, bypass lines, or switching between separate process routes. The valve can be fitted with ON/OFF, modulating, or intelligent electric actuators to suit remote open-close operation, adjustable opening-angle control, or local status monitoring requirements.

Electric threaded ball valves are widely used in OEM equipment, water treatment systems, chemical dosing units, industrial process skids, building services, and other automated fluid handling applications where compact installation and electric actuation are required.
