Description

VINCER Electric Sanitary Tri-Clamp Ball Valves are high-purity, premium automated fluid control solutions engineered specifically for sanitary and sterile processing industries. To meet the rigorous validation standards of the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology sectors, these motorized valves feature precision-polished internal surfaces. This ultra-smooth micro-finish eliminates pockets and crevices, preventing bacterial growth, fluid stagnation, and contamination during product changeovers.

Constructed from superior stainless steel materials—with SS316 (CF8M) as the primary recommended grade for high-purity lines—these valves offer exceptional resistance to pitting and localized corrosion caused by aggressive clean-in-place chemicals and high-temperature sterilization-in-place steam cycles. Available in standard 2-Way configurations (VK-10K) for high-flow isolation and multi-port 3-Way configurations (VK-10K3) for sterile routing, diverting, or batch mixing, this series delivers zero-leakage bidirectional sealing via FDA-compliant PTFE seats or food-grade silicone seals.
