Pneumatic High Pressure Threaded 2-Way Ball Valve: AT-10TH
Pneumatic High Pressure Threaded 3-Way Ball Valve: AT-10TH3
Pneumatic High Pressure Socket-Welded 2-Way Ball Valve: AT-10SWH
Pneumatic High Pressure Socket-Welded 3-Way Ball Valve: AT-10SWH3
Pneumatic high-pressure ball valves are designed for automated shut-off, switching, and diversion service in compact high-pressure piping systems. The stainless steel valve body is combined with an AT series pneumatic quarter-turn actuator, allowing the valve to be operated remotely by compressed air.
The valve is available in 2-way and 3-way body styles. The 2-way version is used for automated high-pressure isolation, while 3-way versions can be supplied with L-port or T-port ball configurations for flow diversion, mixing, and pipeline switching applications.
Threaded and socket-welded end connections are available for different installation requirements. Threaded versions are suitable for compact equipment, hydraulic lines, test systems, and instrument piping where easier removal may be required. Socket-welded versions provide a more permanent pipe connection for high-pressure process lines.
PTFE seats provide reliable sealing performance for compatible water, oil, gas, and chemical media. Stainless steel body materials are available for applications requiring corrosion resistance and mechanical strength under higher pressure conditions.
Single-acting and double-acting pneumatic actuator options are available. The single-acting actuator uses air to open and spring return when the air supply is interrupted, while the double-acting actuator uses compressed air for both opening and closing. Pneumatic accessories such as solenoid valves, limit switch boxes, pneumatic positioners, FRL units, and pneumatic handwheels can be supplied according to the required control method.
Pneumatic high-pressure ball valves are commonly used in hydraulic equipment, high-pressure test systems, chemical injection units, industrial process skids, laboratory systems, and automated equipment requiring pneumatic valve control in compact high-pressure pipelines.

Pneumatic Solenoid Valve: Controls the air supply direction to open or close the pneumatic actuator, enabling remote and automated valve operation.
Pneumatic Positioner: Receives a control signal and adjusts the actuator position to achieve proportional valve opening for flow regulation applications.
Limit Switch Box: Provides open and closed valve position feedback, allowing the control system to monitor valve status remotely.
Manual Handwheel: Allows local manual operation of the pneumatic valve when manual override is required during commissioning or maintenance.
FRL Unit: Filters, regulates, and lubricates the compressed air supply to help maintain stable actuator operation and protect pneumatic components.
