Description

Electric PTFE-lined flanged ball valves are designed for automated isolation and flow switching in piping systems handling corrosive process media. The PTFE lining forms a corrosion-resistant barrier between the valve body and the process fluid, helping protect the metal body from chemical attack in applications involving acids, alkalis, solvents, and other compatible media.

The flanged body design provides a secure, serviceable connection for industrial pipelines and is suitable for installations where reliable sealing and straightforward maintenance are required. Carbon steel and stainless steel body options allow the valve construction to be selected according to the process environment, external corrosion conditions, and project material specifications.

The valve is available in 2-way and 3-way configurations. The 2-way version is used for automated shut-off service, while 3-way versions are available with L-port or T-port ball configurations for media diversion, mixing, bypass control, and pipeline switching. This makes the series suitable for chemical transfer systems, corrosive wastewater treatment, chemical dosing equipment, process skids, and other automated fluid-handling applications.

The valve can be fitted with ON/OFF, modulating, or intelligent electric actuators. ON/OFF actuators are suitable for remote open-close operation, while modulating versions allow adjustment of the valve opening angle where partial-flow control is required. Intelligent actuator options can provide local operating-status indication and parameter setting through an LCD display.
