Quarter-Turn Electric Actuators

Quarter-turn electric actuator is a motor-driven device that automates the opening and closing of ball valves, butterfly valves, and other rotary valves through a 90-degree rotation. It replaces manual handwheel or lever operation, allowing the valve to be controlled remotely or integrated into an automated control system.

The V Series electric actuator covers three control types to match different automation requirements. The on/off type provides simple full-open or full-close switching using dry contact or passive contact signals. The modulating type accepts analog input/output signals and can stop and hold at any position between 0 and 90 degrees, enabling proportional flow control. The intelligent type builds on the regulatory type with an added LCD display screen for local status indication and diagnostics. All three types share the same mechanical platform and mounting interface, simplifying actuator selection and spare parts management across projects with mixed automation requirements.
