Gate Valves for Industrial Pipeline Isolation

Gate valve is a linear motion isolation valve operated by a handwheel. Turning the handwheel raises or lowers a wedge-shaped gate inside the valve body. When the gate is fully raised, the flow path is unobstructed and media passes through with minimal resistance. When the gate is fully lowered, it seats firmly against the valve body to provide tight shut-off.

Certified Quality From Trusted Valve Manufacturer

Certifications show more than just approval. They reflect the rigorous quality control behind every valve, providing dependable performance for your application.

Why Choose VINCER Gate Valves?

Low-Resistance Flow Path

When fully open, the gate retracts completely out of the flow path, leaving an unobstructed bore that matches the pipeline diameter. This results in minimal pressure drop and flow resistance, making gate valves well suited for long pipelines where head loss needs to be minimized.

Multiple Connection

The range covers flanged connections for main pipeline installations and threaded or socket weld connections for branch lines and smaller diameter applications, providing a complete solution across different piping system requirements.

Choice of narrow space

Non-rising stem gate valves keep the stem within the valve body as the gate moves, requiring no overhead clearance above the handwheel. This design is the standard choice for underground burial, confined spaces, or installations where ceiling height is limited.

OEM and Custom Support

Non-standard sizes, special materials, and modified configurations are available. Full technical documentation including 2D/3D drawings and material certifications is provided upon request.

VINCER Manual Gate Valves Purchasing Guide

A few details will help us send you the right model and an accurate quote:

Rising stem or non-rising stem?
The main difference is headroom requirement and visual position indication. A rising stem valve requires clearance above the handwheel equal to the full stroke length of the stem, but allows operators to see instantly whether the valve is open or closed by the stem position. A non-rising stem valve needs no overhead clearance and is the standard choice for underground or buried service, valve pits, and installations with limited ceiling height. If visual position indication is important for your operation, rising stem is the more practical choice.

Flanged, threaded or welded connection?
Flanged gate valves are used in main pipelines where the valve needs to be bolted securely between flanges and may need to be removed for inspection or replacement. Threaded connections are suitable for smaller branch lines and low-to-medium pressure service where installation flexibility is important. Welded connections provide a permanent, leak-proof joint and are used in high-pressure or high-purity systems where a mechanical connection is not preferred.

Which body material?
WCB carbon steel covers most general service applications including water, steam, oil, and gas at moderate temperatures. SS304 (CF8) provides improved corrosion resistance for mildly aggressive media and clean water systems. SS316 (CF8M) is recommended where greater resistance to chlorides or stronger chemicals is required. For cryogenic or low-temperature service, specialized low-temperature carbon steel grades are available on request.
