VH-30T
Manual Threaded gate valves are designed for fully open and fully closed shut-off service in small industrial piping systems. The gate moves up and down to open or close the flow passage, making the valve suitable for pipeline isolation where throttling control is not required.
This model uses a non-rising stem design. The stem does not move upward during valve operation, helping reduce the vertical clearance required above the valve. This makes the valve suitable for compact installations, equipment-mounted pipelines, and small utility lines where installation space is limited.
The threaded end connection allows the valve to be installed directly into small piping systems without flanges or welding. It is a practical option for applications where simple installation, easy replacement, and compact pipeline layout are important.
Body material options include WCB, SS304, and SS316 to suit different working conditions and corrosion-resistance requirements. The valve can be used in compatible water, steam, oil, air, and general industrial media according to the selected material, pressure rating, and temperature condition.
Threaded gate valves are commonly used in industrial utility lines, water systems, steam auxiliary lines, oil pipelines, compressed air systems, equipment piping, and general manual shut-off applications.
