Manual PTFE-Lined Butterfly Valves

VINCER manual PTFE-lined butterfly valves are designed for local shut-off and general throttling of compatible corrosive process media. The PTFE lining and sealing components provide a corrosion-resistant barrier between the process fluid and the metal valve body, making the valves suitable for selected acids, alkalis and chemical solutions where unlined metal valves may not be appropriate.

The series is available in wafer, lugged and flanged body configurations. Wafer valves provide a compact and lightweight installation between mating pipe flanges. Lugged valves use threaded mounting lugs for individual bolting to the pipeline flanges. Flanged valves feature integral flange connections for conventional bolted installation.

Depending on the valve size and required operating torque, the valve can be operated by a lever or a worm gearbox with handwheel. Manual operation provides straightforward local control without electric power or compressed air.

Body material options include carbon steel, CF8, CF8M and CF3M with PTFE lining. Different disc configurations are available to meet project material and corrosion-resistance requirements. Manual PTFE-lined butterfly valves are commonly used in chemical transfer systems, acid and alkali handling lines, wastewater treatment, electroplating equipment, chemical dosing systems and other compatible corrosive-fluid applications.
