VH-10FPL
PTFE lined ball valve features a full PTFE lining on all surfaces in contact with the process media. PTFE is chemically inert and resistant to most corrosive substances, making this valve suitable for demanding media including strong acids, strong alkalis, organic solvents, and chlorine. Typical applications include chemical processing, water treatment, and pulp and paper production.
The ball and stem are cast as a single integrated unit, which eliminates the risk of stem ejection under pressure fluctuations and ensures reliable sealing performance. The smooth PTFE lining also has a low friction coefficient, preventing media from adhering to the valve internals. This is particularly useful in applications handling pulp, scaling media, or fouling-prone wastewater, where buildup can cause conventional valves to seize.
VH-10FPL PTFE lined ball valve supports GB and ASME/ANSI flanged connections. Valve body material options are WCB, SS304 (CF8), or SS316 (CF8M). An ISO 5211 direct mounting pad is available as an option.
