Electric high-pressure ball valves are designed for automated shut-off, flow switching, and diversion service in compact piping systems operating under high pressure. They combine a stainless steel ball valve body with a quarter-turn electric actuator, allowing remote operation where manual valve handling may be impractical or where the valve is installed within automated equipment.
The valve is available in 2-way and 3-way configurations. The 2-way version is used for high-pressure isolation, while 3-way versions are available with L-port or T-port ball configurations for pipeline switching, media diversion, and mixing applications. This makes the series suitable for hydraulic systems, high-pressure test equipment, chemical injection units, industrial automation skids, and other equipment with compact high-pressure flow paths.
Threaded et socket-welded end connections are available to suit different installation requirements. Socket-welded versions provide a more permanent joint for high-pressure piping systems, while threaded versions are convenient for smaller equipment, instrument lines, and applications requiring easier removal or replacement.
PTFE seats provide reliable sealing performance and chemical compatibility with many compatible fluids. Stainless steel body options are suitable for general industrial service and applications where corrosion resistance is required. The electric actuator can be supplied in ON/OFF, modulating, or intelligent versions to support remote isolation, adjustable opening-angle control, and local operating-status monitoring.
