Pneumatic sanitary clamp butterfly valves combine a stainless steel sanitary butterfly valve with an AT series pneumatic quarter-turn actuator for automated isolation and general disc-positioning duties in hygienic process piping systems.
The sanitary clamp end connection allows the valve to be installed and removed quickly without welding or conventional flange bolting. This makes cleaning, inspection, seat replacement, and routine maintenance more convenient in process lines where frequent disassembly may be required.
PTFE and food-grade silicone seat options are available for different process media and operating conditions. Stainless steel body and disc materials provide a suitable construction for food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and other hygienic fluid-handling systems where cleanable connections and corrosion resistance are important.
Single-acting and double-acting pneumatic actuator options are available. The single-acting actuator uses air to open and spring return when the air supply is interrupted, while the double-acting actuator uses compressed air for both opening and closing. Pneumatic accessories such as solenoid valves, limit switch boxes, pneumatic positioners, FRL units, and pneumatic handwheels can be supplied according to the required control method.
Pneumatic sanitary clamp butterfly valves are commonly used in food and beverage processing, dairy systems, brewing equipment, pharmaceutical process lines, cosmetic production, sanitary skids, and hygienic fluid-handling equipment.

Pneumatic Solenoid Valve: Controls the air supply direction to open or close the pneumatic actuator, enabling remote and automated valve operation.
Pneumatic Positioner: Receives a control signal and adjusts the actuator position to achieve proportional valve opening for flow regulation applications.
Limit Switch Box: Provides open and closed valve position feedback, allowing the control system to monitor valve status remotely.
Manual Handwheel: Allows local manual operation of the pneumatic valve when manual override is required during commissioning or maintenance.
FRL Unit: Filters, regulates, and lubricates the compressed air supply to help maintain stable actuator operation and protect pneumatic components.
