Manual Wafer Butterfly Valves

VINCER manual wafer butterfly valves are compact, soft-seated quarter-turn valves designed for shut-off and general throttling in water, air, HVAC, utility and compatible industrial piping systems. The wafer-style body is installed between mating pipe flanges, providing a lightweight and space-saving alternative to conventional double-flanged butterfly valves.

The valve disc opens and closes through a 90-degree rotation, providing straightforward local operation without electric power or compressed air. The appropriate manual operator should be selected according to the valve size, differential pressure and required operating torque.

A range of seal materials is available to suit different media and operating temperatures, including NBR, EPDM, VITON and PTFE. Body material options include cast iron, carbon steel, CF8, CF8M and CF3M. Stainless steel and nickel aluminum bronze discs are available for applications requiring improved corrosion resistance.

Manual wafer butterfly valves are commonly used in water and wastewater treatment, HVAC and building services, cooling-water systems, industrial utility lines and general process piping. Compatible mating flange standards include GB, DIN, ASME and JIS. Valve and seal materials should be selected according to the medium, pressure, temperature and corrosion conditions.
