Manual Metal-Seated Butterfly Valves

VINCER manual metal-seated butterfly valves are designed for shut-off and general throttling in high-temperature and demanding industrial piping systems. The metal seat provides better resistance to heat, wear and deformation than conventional elastomer seats, making these valves suitable for operating conditions where soft-seated butterfly valves may not be appropriate.

Wafer and flanged configurations are available. The wafer design is installed between mating pipe flanges, helping reduce installation space and overall valve weight. The flanged design provides a rigid bolted connection and is suitable for pipelines where secure alignment and structural stability are important.

Both versions are operated by a worm gearbox with handwheel. The gearbox provides additional mechanical advantage for smooth quarter-turn opening and closing, especially for larger valve sizes and higher operating pressures.

Body materials include WCB, CF8, CF8M and CF3M, with stainless steel disc and metal seat options. These valves can be supplied for GB, DIN, ASME and JIS piping systems. Typical applications include steam, hot gas, oil, power generation, petrochemical processing and general industrial services. Valve materials and pressure-temperature ratings should be selected according to the medium, valve size and actual operating conditions.
