Manual 3-Piece Threaded Ball Valve:VH-10T3PS
Manual 3-Piece Socket Weld Ball Valve:VH-10SW3PS
Manual 3-Piece Butt Weld Ball Valve:VH-10BW3PS
3-piece ball valve is available in three end connection options: threaded (NPT, BSPT, or G), socket weld, and butt weld. The 3-piece valvebody consists of a center body and two end caps held together by bolts. When maintenance is required, the end cap bolts can be loosened to remove the center body without disconnecting the valve from the pipeline, simplifying servicing and reducing system downtime.
The 3-piece design also allows the end caps and center body to be specified in different materials, enabling cost-effective configurations without compromising performance in the application. Body material options are WCB, SS304 (CF8), or SS316 (CF8M). Threaded and socket weld versions cover DN15 to DN100 (1/2″ to 4″); the butt weld version extends to DN150 (1/2″ to 6″). All three variants feature a blow-out-proof stem. An ISO 5211 direct mounting pad and a lockable handle are available as options.
