Wafer Lift Check Valves
Wafer Swing Check Valves
Wafer Dual Plate Check Valves
VINCER wafer check valves provide automatic backflow prevention in compact piping systems. The short wafer-style body is installed between mating pipe flanges, reducing installation space and overall valve weight compared with conventional flanged check valves.
Three operating designs are available. Wafer lift check valves use a guided disc that lifts under forward flow and returns to the seat when the flow stops or reverses. Wafer swing check valves use a single pivoting disc to provide a relatively open flow path. Wafer dual plate check valves use two spring-assisted plates with a short closing travel, allowing a faster response to flow reversal.
Body material options include WCB carbon steel, CF8 stainless steel and CF8M stainless steel. Soft-seated and metal-seated configurations are available depending on the valve type and operating conditions. These valves are commonly used in water supply, HVAC systems, pump discharge lines and general industrial piping. Valve type, seat construction and installation orientation should be selected according to the medium, pressure, temperature and piping arrangement.
