Pneumatic Globe Control Valves

Pneumatic globe control valves are designed for proportional flow regulation in industrial process pipelines. This series uses a pneumatic diaphragm actuator with a single-seat globe valve body to adjust the valve opening according to the control signal, making it suitable for process systems that require stable flow, pressure, or temperature regulation.

The single-seat globe structure provides a direct flow control path and is commonly used in applications where throttling performance is required. Compared with ordinary shut-off valves, this design is better suited for continuous process adjustment rather than simple fully open or fully closed operation.

The valve is available in 2-way and 3-way body styles. The 2-way version is used for regulating flow in a single pipeline, while the 3-way version can be used for mixing or diverting service where process flow needs to be distributed or combined between different pipeline routes.

The flanged body design provides a stable bolted connection for process pipelines. Body material options include cast iron, WCB, SS304, SS316, and SS316L, allowing the valve to be selected according to pressure rating, temperature condition, corrosion resistance, and project requirements.

Pneumatic single-seat diaphragm control valves are commonly used in steam systems, thermal oil lines, chemical processing, water treatment, power generation, HVAC systems, and industrial automation processes requiring pneumatic flow regulation.
