AT Series Pneumatic Actuators

AT series pneumatic actuators are designed to provide 90-degree rotary operation for quarter-turn valves, including ball valves and butterfly valves. The actuator converts compressed air into rotary torque, making it suitable for automated valve opening, closing, and control in industrial fluid-handling systems.

Single-acting and double-acting versions are available for different control requirements. The single-acting actuator uses air pressure to open the valve and spring force to return the valve when the air supply is interrupted, making it suitable for fail-close or fail-open applications depending on the installation configuration. The double-acting actuator uses air pressure for both opening and closing, providing stable operation where continuous compressed air control is available.

The actuator can be matched with common pneumatic accessories such as solenoid valves, limit switch boxes, pneumatic positioners, FRL units, and pneumatic handwheels. These accessories allow the actuator to support remote control, valve-position feedback, air preparation, manual override, and proportional positioning when required.

The AT series actuator is suitable for automated valve packages used in water treatment, chemical processing, industrial utilities, compressed air systems, skid-mounted equipment, and general process automation. Its quarter-turn output design makes it a practical actuator choice for pneumatic ball valves, pneumatic butterfly valves, and other 90-degree rotary valves.
