Miniature Electric Flanged Ball Valves

Miniature electric flanged ball valves combine a compact electric actuator with a stainless steel 2-piece flanged ball valve for automated shut-off and positioning control in small-diameter piping systems. The compact actuator design helps reduce installation space and assembly weight, making the valve suitable for equipment-mounted systems, compact process skids, and OEM automation projects.

The flanged end connection provides a stable bolted installation and is easier to align and remove than welded connections. This makes the valve suitable for small process pipelines where a secure connection is required but future maintenance, replacement, or inspection still needs to be considered.

The valve body is available in stainless steel materials with PTFE seats for reliable sealing in compatible water, air, oil, and chemical service. Compared with threaded miniature ball valves, the flanged design is better suited to applications where pipe-end standards, bolt connection, and installation stability are more important.

The actuator is available in on/off and modulating control types. On/off versions are used for fully open and fully closed operation, while modulating versions allow proportional valve positioning through standard control signals. An optional power-loss return function can also be supplied, using a super capacitor module to return the valve to a preset position after power failure.
