Miniature Electric Sanitary Tri-Clamp Ball Valves

Miniature electric sanitary tri-clamp ball valves combine a compact electric actuator with a stainless steel sanitary ball valve body for automated shut-off, diversion, and switching duties in hygienic process piping systems. The compact actuator design helps reduce installation space and assembly weight, making the valve suitable for small sanitary skids, equipment-mounted pipelines, and OEM automation systems.

The sanitary tri-clamp end connection allows the valve to be installed and removed quickly without welding or conventional flange bolting. This makes inspection, cleaning, seat replacement, and routine maintenance more convenient in process lines where frequent disassembly may be required.

The valve is available in 2-way and 3-way body styles. The 2-way version is used for automated open-close service, while 3-way versions can be supplied with L-port or T-port ball configurations for flow diversion, mixing, and pipeline switching applications. Stainless steel body materials and PTFE or food-grade silicone seat options allow the valve to be selected according to the process medium and hygienic piping requirements.

The actuator is available in on/off and modulating control types. On/off versions are used for fully open and fully closed operation, while modulating versions allow proportional valve positioning through standard control signals. An optional power-loss return function can also be supplied, using a super capacitor module to return the valve to a preset position after power failure.
