Miniature electric threaded ball valves combine a stainless steel threaded ball valve with a lightweight electric actuator using an engineering plastic housing. Compared with miniature actuators using aluminum alloy die-cast housings, this actuator design provides a lighter and more cost-effective solution for small automated piping systems.
The threaded connection design makes the valve suitable for compact pipelines, equipment-mounted systems, utility lines, and small industrial automation applications where simple installation and replacement are required. BSP and NPT thread options can be supplied to match different piping requirements.
The valve is available in 2-way and 3-way body styles. The 2-way version is used for automated open-close service, while 3-way versions can be supplied with L-port or T-port ball configurations for flow diversion, mixing, and pipeline switching applications.
Stainless steel body materials and PTFE seats provide reliable sealing performance for compatible water, air, oil, and chemical media. The actuator is an on/off type designed for 90-degree open-close operation, making it suitable for applications that require basic electric valve automation without complex modulating control.
