Miniature Electric 3-Way True-Union Threaded Ball Valve: VMK-10T3-P
Miniature electric true-union ball valves combine a compact electric actuator with a plastic true-union ball valve body for automated shut-off, diversion, and switching duties in small corrosive-fluid piping systems. The compact actuator design helps reduce installation space and assembly weight, making the valve suitable for equipment-mounted systems, dosing units, compact skids, and OEM automation projects.
The true-union body design allows the valve to be removed from the pipeline by loosening the union nuts, without cutting the pipe or disturbing the complete piping layout. This is useful for inspection, cleaning, seal replacement, or valve maintenance in chemical treatment systems and non-metallic piping installations.
UPVC, CPVC, PPH, and PVDF body material options are available to suit different chemical compatibility requirements. Compared with metal ball valves, plastic valve construction provides better resistance to many acids, alkalis, salts, and compatible corrosive solutions. EPDM and PTFE seat options can be selected according to the process medium, temperature, and sealing requirements.
The valve is available in 2-way and 3-way body styles. The 2-way version is used for automated open-close control, while 3-way versions can be supplied with L-port or T-port ball configurations for flow diversion, mixing, and pipeline switching applications. Socket and threaded end connections are available to match different plastic piping systems.
The actuator is available in on/off and modulating control types. On/off versions are used for fully open and fully closed operation, while modulating versions allow proportional valve positioning through standard control signals. An optional power-loss return function can also be supplied, using a super capacitor module to return the valve to a preset position after power failure.
Miniature electric true-union ball valves are commonly used in chemical dosing systems, water treatment equipment, wastewater treatment, laboratory systems, electroplating lines, compact process skids, and automated plastic piping systems requiring corrosion-resistant electric valve control.
