Description

Electric sanitary clamp butterfly valves are designed for automated shut-off and disc-positioning duties in hygienic process piping systems. The valve uses sanitary clamp end connections and is available with stainless steel body and disc materials.

This configuration is suitable for applications where frequent disassembly, inspection, and seal replacement may be required. This simplifies disassembly for cleaning, inspection, seal replacement, or maintenance, helping reduce downtime in process lines that require frequent sanitation or product changeover.

PTFE and food-grade silicone seat options are available for different process media and operating conditions. Stainless steel body and disc materials provide a suitable construction for food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and other hygienic fluid-handling systems where material cleanliness and corrosion resistance are important.

The valve can be supplied with ON/OFF, modulating, or intelligent electric actuators. ON/OFF actuators are suitable for remote open-close operation, while modulating versions allow controlled adjustment of the disc position where general throttling or partial-opening control is required.

Electric sanitary clamp butterfly valves are commonly used in food and beverage processing, dairy systems, brewing equipment, pharmaceutical process lines, cosmetic production, and sanitary skid-mounted systems.
