The electric actuated three-piece welded ball valve is designed for excellent performance and ease of maintenance. Its three-piece structure allows the central section—containing the ball, stem, and seat assemblies—to be quickly removed from the pipeline without disturbing the welded connections. This enables efficient removal of built-up sediment, replacement of seals and gland packings, and polishing of minor surface imperfections on the ball—all while the valve body remains securely in place within the piping system. Designed with repairability and longevity in mind, this valve is an ideal choice for applications requiring high reliability and minimal downtime.
