Rated up to 500 bar, built for car wash systems, hydraulic circuits, and high-pressure industrial applications.
FDA-certified, clamp connection, 4K polished finish — designed for food, beverage, dairy, and pharmaceutical lines.
Unlike motor-operated or pneumatically actuated valves, solenoid valves use electromagnetic force to control the opening and closing of a fluid passage. Their compact, integrated design makes them a practical choice for fast, electrically controlled ON/OFF operation without a separate pneumatic air supply.
VINCER offers six solenoid valve categories for different media and operating conditions, including water, steam, high-pressure, sanitary, waterproof, and chemical-service applications. Direct-acting and pilot-operated designs are available to meet different pressure and flow requirements.
From basic water control to high-pressure car wash systems (up to 500 bar), steam pipelines (up to 300°C), food-grade hygienic lines, outdoor fountain installations (IP68), and corrosive chemical dosing systems — VINCER has a solenoid valve series purpose-built for your environment.
All series support both DC (12V/24V) and AC (24V/110V/220V) power supply, and are available in G or NPT threaded connections. Flanged connections are available on selected models. This makes it straightforward to match VINCER valves to existing pipework and electrical systems.
For machine fabricators, VINCER solenoid valves provide a dependable solution for fluid control within their machinery. With precise control capabilities and durable construction, these valves enhance the performance and reliability of fabricated machines, contributing to overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Solenoid valves may look similar, but the right choice depends on the medium, operating pressure, flow requirements, and electrical conditions. Consider the following factors when selecting a valve for your application.
Medium & Material Compatibility: Identify whether the medium is water, air, steam, oil, or a chemical solution. Body and seal materials should be selected according to the fluid’s properties, concentration, and compatibility requirements.
Operating Pressure & Differential Pressure: Confirm the minimum and maximum inlet pressure, outlet pressure, and pressure differential. Pilot-operated solenoid valves may require a minimum differential pressure, while suitable direct-acting models can operate at zero differential pressure.
Flow Rate & Valve Size: Specify the required flow rate and pipe size. The valve’s orifice diameter and flow coefficient (Kv/Cv) should be checked to ensure sufficient flow capacity without excessive pressure loss.
Operating Temperature: Provide the normal and maximum fluid temperatures. Standard sealing materials may not suit steam or high-temperature service, which can require specialized seals and heat-resistant construction.
Connection Type: Select threaded, flanged, or sanitary clamp connections according to the piping system. Confirm the connection size and applicable standards, such as G (BSPP), NPT, or flange specifications.
Normally Closed or Normally Open: Choose a normally closed (NC) valve to stop flow when power is off, or a normally open (NO) valve to allow flow when de-energized. The required power-loss condition should guide this choice.
Coil Voltage & Duty Cycle: Match the coil voltage and AC frequency to your electrical supply. Specify whether the valve will remain energized continuously or operate intermittently, along with the expected switching frequency.
Installation Environment: Outdoor, wet, or submerged installations may require suitable waterproof protection, while hazardous areas may require certified explosion-proof configurations. Check the enclosure rating and installation conditions for the selected model.
