High Pressure Solenoid Valve

VINCER VSHP High Pressure Solenoid Valve is a pilot-operated high-pressure solenoid valve built for demanding applications where standard solenoid valves cannot operate reliably.

High Pressure Solenoid Valve

Product Model

VSHP

Description

VSHP high pressure solenoid valve is a pilot-operated solenoid valve engineered specifically for high-pressure service. Like other pilot-operated designs, it uses inlet fluid pressure to assist the opening of the main valve seat — which is precisely what allows it to handle extremely high working pressures that would exceed the capability of a direct-acting coil alone. This means the VSHP requires a minimum inlet pressure to operate: 5 bar for the normally closed configuration, and 3 bar for the normally open configuration.

The key design difference from general-purpose solenoid valves lies in the reinforced valve body and high-performance sealing materials. PTFE and PEEK are both chemically inert and dimensionally stable under sustained pressure and elevated temperature, allowing the VSHP high pressure solenoid valve to maintain reliable shut-off at pressures that would deform or damage standard NBR or EPDM seals. The stainless steel valve body ensures corrosion resistance across a broad range of process fluids.

Features Of High Pressure Solenoid Valve

01
Rated for Pressures Up to 500 Bar
VINCER high pressure solenoid valve handles working pressures up to 500 bar (NC) and 350 bar (NO), covering the full range of high-pressure fluid control requirements from industrial washdown systems to hydraulic test benches. This makes it one of the highest-rated solenoid valves in the VINCER product range.
02
Differential Pressure Flexibility
As a pilot-operated valve, VSHP high pressure solenoid valve requires a minimum inlet pressure to actuate — 5 bar for the normally closed configuration and 3 bar for the normally open configuration. This is the trade-off for its ability to handle pressures up to 500 bar: the pilot-operated mechanism uses fluid pressure to assist actuation, enabling the coil to control far higher pressures than a direct-acting design could achieve. For most high-pressure applications such as car wash systems and hydraulic circuits, this minimum pressure requirement is easily met by normal operating conditions.
03
Compact Size
Despite its high-pressure capability, High pressure solenoid valve is compact in size (1/4" to 3/4", orifice 5 mm to 8 mm) and uses standard NPT or G threaded connections, making it straightforward to integrate into existing high-pressure pipework without requiring custom adapters or special installation tools.
04
Sealing Options
Standard seal materials like NBR degrade quickly under high pressure and elevated temperature. High pressure solenoid valve uses PTFE or PEEK seals, both of which maintain dimensional stability and chemical resistance at operating temperatures up to 150°C, providing reliable long-term sealing in demanding environments.
